Find your state legislators at openstates.org. Enter your address and it lists everyone who represents you.
Email any of them and ask for one thing: pass an election protection bill this session that makes it a felony to seize ballots, break into voting systems, or threaten election workers. California passed one in a week. Tell them why you care. If you’ve emailed them before and didn’t get a response then try a call, a letter, asking to schedule a meeting with their staff, or pick someone else to contact.
Use your own words. Say where you live so they know you are a constituent, and ask them to reply with their position.
