Is AIPAC A Terrorist Organization?
Over 44,000 Palestinians killed. More than 100,000 wounded. 17,000 children dead. Not statistics. Children. Each one had a name, a favorite toy, a best friend. They're gone now, killed by American weapons paid for with your tax dollars. You show up to your job, the federal government pulls out money, and that goes to Israel starving non-combatant men, women, and children.
This isn't collateral damage. It's systematic annihilation funded by $17.9 billion in U.S. military aid to Israel since October 2023 alone. While Americans struggle to pay rent and medical bills, Congress sent Israel $14.1 billion in supplemental military funding on top of the annual $3.8 billion. Every bomb that falls on Gaza has "Made in America" stamped on its shell casing.
The corruption that enables this slaughter operates in broad daylight. AIPAC spent $14.5 million in the 2024 Democratic primaries alone, successfully primarying Representatives Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush for the crime of calling for a ceasefire. When Representative Betty McCollum introduced legislation to ensure U.S. weapons weren't used to kill Palestinian children, AIPAC labeled her an "anti-Semite" and funded her opponent. The message to Congress is clear: vote for more bombs, or we'll end your career.
This is what corruption looks like: 330 members of Congress have taken AIPAC money. Those same members vote to send billions in weapons to Israel while voting against healthcare for their own constituents. They'll fund bombs for Gaza but not baby formula for Georgia. They'll pay for white phosphorus but not clean water in Mississippi.
The weapons we're sending aren't defensive. The 2,000-pound MK-84 bombs that America provides to Israel are designed to level entire city blocks. Israel has dropped hundreds of them on Gaza, one of the most densely populated places on Earth. When a MK-84 hits a residential building, it doesn't just destroy the target. The blast radius extends 365 meters. Everyone within that circle dies. That's not precision. That's extermination.
Let's be clear about what's happening in Gaza right now, today, as you read this. Israel has destroyed every single hospital. Not damaged. Destroyed. They've bombed schools where families sought shelter, killing hundreds of children at a time. They've systematically destroyed water treatment plants, sewage systems, and bakeries. This isn't warfare. It's the deliberate creation of conditions designed to destroy a population. There's a word for that: genocide.
The International Court of Justice has found it "plausible" that Israel is committing genocide. Leading Holocaust scholars have called it genocide. Raz Segal, Israeli Holocaust professor, called it "a textbook case of genocide." Yet American politicians keep writing checks, terrified of AIPAC's electoral revenge.
The media won't tell you this truth. They'll say "Israel-Hamas war" as if it's two equal armies fighting, not one of the world's most advanced militaries, armed with American F-35s and Apache helicopters, slaughtering a trapped civilian population that has no air force, no navy, no air defense systems. They'll count Israeli military casualties in single digits while Palestinian children die by the thousands. They'll quote Israeli officials verbatim while Palestinian voices are silenced or dismissed.
American media outlets have fired journalists for calling it genocide. The New York Times killed stories about Palestinian children murdered by Israeli snipers. CNN requires reporters to submit any coverage of Gaza to Jerusalem for approval. This isn't journalism. It's complicity.
President Biden bypassed Congress twice to rush weapons to Israel, using emergency declarations to avoid oversight. He's sent 100 weapons shipments since October 2023. When UN agencies reported that Palestinians are starving, Biden's response was to send more bombs. When the International Criminal Court sought arrest warrants for Israeli leaders, Biden called it "outrageous." When college students protested the genocide, Biden called them anti-Semitic and had them arrested.
This is bipartisan corruption. Republicans compete to see who can promise more weapons to Israel faster. Democrats wring their hands about humanitarian concerns while voting for every military aid package. Senator John Fetterman, who progressives once championed, now says Israel should "flatten" Gaza. Senator Cory Booker talks about human rights while voting to fund the slaughter. They all cash AIPAC's checks.
Meanwhile, Israel uses Gaza as a testing ground for weapons they sell globally. The "battle-tested" label on Israeli military technology means tested on Palestinian civilians. Rafael Advanced Defense Systems' stock price rose 20% since the genocide began. Elbit Systems is up 30%. They're profiting from dead children, and American investors are getting rich off the corpses.
The State Department's own experts say Israel is violating international humanitarian law with American weapons. The Biden administration suppressed their reports. When State Department official Josh Paul resigned in protest, warning that America was enabling genocide, he was replaced within a week. The machine doesn't stop for conscience.
Here's what AIPAC doesn't want you to know: this could end tomorrow. America provides 69% of Israel's weapon imports and 100% of its diplomatic cover. One phone call from the White House, threatening to withdraw military aid, would end the slaughter. But that call won't come because AIPAC owns Congress, the defense contractors need their profits, and Palestinian lives don't matter to American politicians.
The Gaza Strip is 25 miles long and 7 miles wide. Israel has dropped more bombs on it than America dropped on Afghanistan in twenty years. They've killed more children in four months than all global conflicts killed in four years. This isn't self-defense. It's extermination.
Every American is complicit. Our tax dollars buy the bombs while Representative Josh Gottheimer, who owns $500,000 in defense contractor stocks and received $150,000 from AIPAC, votes for more weapons. When he votes yes, Palestinian children die and his portfolio grows. This isn't democracy. It's a protection racket.
The genocide is accelerating. Israeli ministers openly call for "erasing Gaza" and turning it into settlements. They're not hiding their intentions anymore. They're declaring them on television while America keeps sending weapons.
What does it say about us that we'll send $17.9 billion to kill Palestinian children but claim we can't afford school lunches for American children?
Mass murder isn’t "complicated."
The people of Gaza are dying from American weapons, paid for by American taxes, protected by American vetoes. This is our genocide. Own it, or end it. There is no middle ground between justice and extermination.
